All ready-to-ship items will be shipped within two business days of received cleared payment to your PayPal address provided, unless otherwise noted.
All items are shipped from Europe (Latvia, Riga) to any place that has an address.
All items usually are shipped as registered mail with tracking option.
Shipping usually takes:
* 5-14 working days for Europe
* 7-20 working days for the US, Canada, Australia
* not more than 25 working days for the rest of the world

Custom made order shipping terms depends on the time needed to knit selected product. For example, hats, socks, baby boots etc. need not more than week to knit.

Refund Policy
Returns acceptable only for defective or wrong item delivery.
I will issue a refund as long as the item is returned in unused condition within two weeks from the order date. Shipping costs, any fees and taxes are non-refundable.
