We can not be liable for damages and losses of postal service. We will hold a receipt of shipment. However, we want every single customer to be happy, so please do get in touch and let us know if there is a delay and we will see what is going on.
You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund. If a replacement size, colour or alternative items are required you will need to place a new order.
For returns, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. This includes sale items.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
You are responsible for all delivery costs.
