My wicker-works are washable under running water, removing dirt with gentle moves using very soft brush. Do not scrub them! Juice stains could remain because wooden surface absorbs juice so you should avoid putting juicy berries or fruits directly onto the woven.
Often washing or keeping instantly in direct sun may cause slight changes in color.

Shipping Policy
For international orders I can only accept PayPal.
Please make sure that the delivery address you select at checkout is the one you like me to send it to! I take the one Nuwzz provides and not the one that's on your PayPal!
I try to do the best to ship on next day after your payment, but please note, that our post office is closed here on Sundays. In any case, I will inform you about shipment via message.
All international orders are shipped registered priority airmail.
DELIVERY TIME
across Europe - usually 7 to 14 days
United States or everywhere else about 14-30 days
but, please note, that unexpected things can happen - like random custom controls which can take even more time we would like to. So if getting your order in sure time is very important for you, we can discuss about DHL, UPS or TNT currier service, which is more expensive, but save the time and can be tracked by shipping number.
Refund Policy
I suppose that my items have appropriate description and pictures to get full notion, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me within 5 business days after receiving the item. You'll get a full refund or replacement if there is a good reason for and if the following requirements have been fulfilled:
- item is returned in its original package and condition, UNUSED;
- for European buyers, the item must be returned within 14 days
- for US buyers, the item must be returned within 28 days.
If you wish to return the item, please contact me before sending it back. The shipment expenses will not be refunded.
The refund is made after the item has returned to my address. Please note, that the return period may be very long.
